Good job on the change of eating habits and weight loss! I’ve embarked on a weight loss plan (sorta) myself! Well, it’s mostly exercise and moderate eating. I enjoy food too much to go on a “real” diet.
Of course, it’s not a “diet” since it’s only good foods, foods I like, and just better food choices and better portion control. Exercise has to squeeze into my schedule next (bleh). But thanks for the encouragement!
